He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), the statutory regulator for chiropractors in the UK, and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
Doctor of Chiropractic is a professional courtesy title used by chiropractors; Carlos is not a medical doctor.
